1 Can I have a sample order ?

Yes, we welcome you to order samples to test and inspect the quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.

2 What about the lead time?

Samples take 5-7 business days, and mass production takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the order quantity.

3 Do you have any MOQ limit ?

The minimum order quantity is low, and one sample can be provided for inspection.

4 How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

For sample orders (small quantities), we usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which generally takes 3-5 days to arrive. Normally, we ship by air and sea.

Customers in China can arrange their own freight forwarders.

5 How to proceed an order?

First, please inform us of your needs or application scenario.

Second, we will provide a quote based on your requirements or our suggestions.

Third, the customer confirms the sample and pays a deposit for the formal order.

Fourth, we arrange production.
